I am proud to be the Executive Director of an organization that has recently celebrated 50 years of service in this region. This event was more than just the anniversary of the opening of our first office - it was an opportunity to honor the work of our founding Executive Director Bill Hesketh and to recommit the Society to the values that have shaped our first 50 years - dignity, compassion, community safety, and collective responsibility for a better society.
We look forward to the next 50 years of service to individuals and to our community - and to the changes that are necessary to build safer communities.
Barbara Levesque, Executive Director
