1033 Harvey House provides 5-units (shared accommodation) of low-cost housing for adult men (18+) who are able to maintain independent living and 5-units for men that are released into the community on conditional release, statutory release, provincial parole and/or subject to Long-term Supervision Orders from Federal institutions throughout Canada.

Our goal is to prove a safe, nurturing and supportive environment where participants can engage in programs and activities that promote healthy living and facilitate participants’ transition to the next stage of housing while becoming contributing members within the community.

Rent: $375 or funded via CSC

Utilities Included: Telephone, Internet, Cable, Heat, Water. Laundry & Electricity.

Additional Inclusions: Monthly food supplements, as well as, toilet paper, dish detergent & laundry detergent.

Please submit the Supportive Housing Registration (SHR) Service form to BC Housing’s Penticton office. You can also scan/email the application to Ana Frias, Health & Housing Coordinator.
