To date the Literacy Activities of The John Howard Society of BC has been mainly in the area of research and pilot projects. The following are a list of the projects and reports available.

The Justice Literacy Indicator (JLI) was developed by the John Howard Society of Saskatchewan. The BC Society held a series of workshops throughout the province to teach justice workers how to use the JLI and to discuss literacy issues. (1999-2001)
